D'Four Seasons (Drake)

Bloodlines: Drake is a '99 Hanoverian by Elite Hanoverian stallion Don Alfredo a 1987 Chestnut 16.2H (Don Juan-Archimedes-Aljeder).  Don Alfredo sired by 1987 Horse of the Year, Don Juan, is a class I Stallion who finished the 11 month performance test with 122.88 points with over 120 points in rideablity and jumping. Drake is out of  Schonau (by Chronicle Hunter sire of the year: Schonfeld).  Drake is Schonau's first foal. Prior to this she competed successfully in the amateur owner hunters, regular working hunters and training jumpers.  She has received many championships, including top ribbons in an under saddle class in Wellington. Drake's sire, Don Alfredo also possesses the top notch daisy cutter movement and incredible jumping form. Born March 30, 1999, Drake was bred to be a top hunter. Drake already shows incredible hunter movement and good conformation. He also shows incredible scope and athletic ability when free jumping. And of course he has a fabulous disposition. He is bay with 3 white socks. Drake should finish around 16.2h   Started under saddle Oct '01 and very uncomplicated. 

Show Results: 2000: Indianapolis: Champion Yearling and Best Young Horse; St Louis: ("A2" show) second out of 7 yearlings.  At both shows Drake was extremely quiet and easy to handle.  2001: Reserve Champion Best Young Horse: Sweet Charity Farm "A" show. 2002: February "A" show --Reserve champion 3 yr olds.  Brownland Spring(A2 show) April '02: 5th in under saddle
